Alisa is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who takes a humanistic, client-centered approach to therapy, grounded in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. Believing that healing begins with a genuine and trusting therapeutic relationship, Alisa creates a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. With specialized training and experience supporting first responders, Alisa provides trauma-informed care for those navigating high-stress roles, mental health challenges, and complex trauma. The practice also includes work with individuals affected by domestic violence, as well as youth and young adults, including those in the LGBTQ+ community, who may be exploring identity or moving through significant life transitions.
