Kyle Whyte, Associate
Meet Kyle - a compassionate counsellor with a diverse background in psychotherapy, behavioral analysis, and law enforcement. He combines an Eclectic approach which incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and psychodynamic principles to offer a flexible, client-centered approach.
Kyle specializes in supporting Individuals facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, addiction, eating disorders, self-worth, personal image issues, and online addiction. His background as a behavioral technician working with youth, especially those with Autism, helps him address complex emotional and behavioral needs with a compassionate, structured approach. Kyle helps clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns through CBT, build emotional resilience with DBT, and set achievable goals with Solution Focused therapy. Mindfulness Techniques help clients cultivate awareness, manage stress, and improve their relationship with both their body and technology.
Kyle creates a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their struggles and build the tools they need to break free from unhelpful patterns, rebuild self-esteem, and create lasting change. Every step forward counts, and Kyle is committed to walking with you on your healing journey.
Kudrat Pannu, RCC
Kudrat specializes in helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of relationships, identity, and emotional wellbeing. Whether you're facing the weight of anxiety, the quiet ache of depression, struggles with self-worth, or the challenges of cultural adjustment and family dynamics, you're not alone.

Using a blend of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, EMDR, DBT, and Mindfulness, she offers more than just tools; she offers collaborative support. In couples therapy, we work through a Gottman’s perspective. With relationship-centered care, your unique experiences, values, and goals shape our work together.

Marija Bebek, RCC
Marija is a deeply compassionate and trauma-informed counsellor who specializes in supporting youth and adults through life’s most difficult and transformative moments. Marija helps clients reconnect with themselves, process unresolved trauma, and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Marija has a unique ability to connect with individuals who may feel uncertain or anxious about reaching out for help. Whether you’re a young person navigating identity, emotion, and pressure, or an adult seeking to heal from painful past experiences, Marija walks alongside you with empathy, curiosity, humor, and respect. She believes true healing comes not only from understanding our struggles, but from experiencing meaningful change; emotionally, mentally, and physically.

Specializing in trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation, and life transitions, Marija’s integrative approach combines evidence-based tools with deep presence and attunement. Her use of Gestalt Therapy brings a focus to the here-and-now experience, helping clients develop greater self-awareness and gain insight into patterns that keep them stuck. She also works with EMDR and somatic work, guiding clients in releasing what the body has been holding onto, often long after the mind has tried to move on. Marija’s practice is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, whole, and empowered to move forward ; no matter where they’re starting from.
Victoria Daniel, Owner, RCC, RSW
Victoria is passionate about supporting both youth and adults as they navigate a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, body image concerns, identity exploration, and faith-related challenges. She provides a compassionate, non-judgmental therapeutic environment that emphasizes empowerment, collaboration, and personal growth.

Victoria is trained in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy. This diverse training enables her to tailor her approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual client.

Raina Nareg, RSW (in person in Victoria, BC, or virtual)
Raina is a counsellor who specializes in working with military personnel, healthcare workers, first responders, and adults facing various life challenges. Raina has honed her expertise in helping individuals navigate the complexities of mental health, stress, and trauma, especially in high-pressure environments.

Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ACT, and Narrative Therapy. Raina uses evidence-based and humanistic approaches to help her clients build resilience, improve emotional regulation, and address underlying issues such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Her deep understanding of healthcare and first responders meets the unique needs of people to ensure a compassionate and tailored approach to therapy. She offers support to those who may feel isolated or misunderstood in their struggles. Raina also provides nature therapy to those located in Victoria, B.C!

Sahil Thandi, Admin
Sahil is the Administrative Assistant at Conquer Trauma Counselling, where she plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice. In addition to her administrative role, Sahil is pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology, specializing in the relationship between early experiences and brain development.

Sahil is proud to be part of the Conquer Trauma Counselling team and is dedicated to supporting both the clinicians and clients in their journey toward healing.
